The OneFitB!tch in-person class is where energy, coaching, and real results collide. This is a women-focused strength and conditioning class built for anyone who wants to get stronger, feel more confident, and finally train in a way that actually changes your body.
Every session is designed around smart programming—muscle-building, form-focused, joint-friendly movements that help you sculpt, strengthen, and level up without the confusion or the chaos of typical group fitness workouts.
You’ll lift, you’ll sweat, you’ll laugh… but most importantly, you’ll learn how to train properly. My coaching style is hands-on (in the best way): cues, corrections, encouragement, and a whole lot of “you’ve got more in you” energy.
Whether you're brand new to strength training or you’ve been lifting for years, you’ll feel supported, challenged, and part of a community of women who genuinely want to see you win.
